Return, Refund & Exchange
1. Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.
Return Pickup Attempts:
- Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
- A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
2. Refund Process
For COD Orders
- Refunds will be processed to your Sayitout Wallet within 1-2 working days after the return pickup is completed.
For Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2-5 working days after the return pickup is completed.
Note:
- COD payments will be refunded to the wallet, which can be used on future purchases.
3. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
- Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
4. Non Returnable Items / Exclusions
To maintain hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for the following product categories:
- Accessories
- Sunglasses
- Perfumes
- Masks
- Innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks)
5. Refunds for Free Product Deals
Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
7. Terms and Conditions
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. SAYITOUT is not liable for errors in the provided details.
- If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.
8. Reporting Damages
- If the product does not meet standards at delivery, notify us within 1 day via:
a. WhatsApp: +91 8721002133 - Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you about the refund eligibility. Refunds are processed within 30 working days from confirmation.
